Welcome to Counseling Services
Citizens Against Spouse Abuse (CASA) provides trauma-informed counseling services for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault throughout Missouri. Our counseling program is designed to support individuals and families as they heal, build resilience, and move toward safety and wellness.
Services are available to both residential and non-residential survivors and are provided on a non-discriminatory basis. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, genders, religions, and sexual orientations.
Through individual therapy, family counseling, support groups, educational programs, and parenting classes, CASA strives to provide compassionate, evidence-based services that meet the unique needs of each participant.
All counseling services are grant-funded and provided at no cost to eligible survivors.

Who Qualifies?
Any Missouri resident who has experienced domestic violence and/or sexual assault may qualify for counseling services through CASA. Services are primarily provided to adult survivors, though counseling may also be available for children and families depending on individual circumstances.

Appointments outside of regular office hours may be available upon request.

Practicum & Internship Opportunities
