Programs & Services
The majority of services are first accessed through CASA’s 24/7 crisis hotline. Callers are immediately able to speak to one of our trained advocates or volunteers and provide details of their situation. CASA advocates that answeri our hotline are trained to determine if the caller is safe. Once safety is established, the advocate will then discuss with the caller available services that can address their presenting issues or requests. Callers are then guided through the next steps in utilizing the available services through CASA or they are provided resources and referrals to one or several of CASA’s advocates for specific program needs.
